Refund policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on any order.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase. Contact us at info@gotvapewholesale.com to open a return. Once it is approved we will send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the shipment. Anything sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, as long as the items have not been fulfilled. After that window, or once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything arrives defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we will make it right. Reporting shortages or damage promptly helps us file the claim while the carrier record is still open.

How refunds are calculated

Refunds are issued at the lower of the price you paid or the item's current selling price at the time the return is processed.

Exceptions

Clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned. Clearance stock is marked as final sale on the product page before you add it to your order, so you always know before you buy.

Items discounted during a temporary promotion are fully returnable under this policy.

For safety reasons we also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or compressed gases. Get in touch if you have a question about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return what you have and place a separate order for the replacement, so the new stock ships without waiting on the return to clear.

Refund timing

We will let you know once your return has arrived and been inspected, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
